The Busy Bride

Perfect package for a busy bride and groom. We do all the research and the bride and groom enjoy a stress free engagement.

- Unlimited personalized consultations, via phone, email or in person.

- Unlimited expert advice with regard to planning, ideas, etiquette, budget and design.

- Creative consultations regarding theme and decor.

- Vendor referrals to fit your budget and design.

- Assistance with vendor selections and contracts.

- Accompaniment to all vendor meetings.

- Accompaniment to meal tastings and menu selection meetings.

- Accompaniment to all final detailing appointments with vendors.

- Final vendor confirmations and directions for the day.

- Creation of wedding day itinerary and floor plan designs.

- Assistance with rehearsal dinner location and arrangements.

- Assistance with planning bridal party day after brunch.

- Direction of your wedding ceremony.

- Collection of all wedding items to be brought and set up on wedding day; including favors, programs, guest book, etc.

- Management of entire event. Will arrive two hours prior to ceremony and remain on site until event ends.

- Final vendor confirmations and direction for the day.

- Direction of your wedding ceremony.

- Collection of all wedding items to be brought and set up on wedding day, including favors, programs, guest book, etc.

- Management of event. Will arrive two hours prior to ceremony and remain on site till two hours after reception has started.

- Wedding Day emergency kit.

- Oversee all vendors on day of ceremony and reception.

Day of Planning

A package for those couples realizing the importance of having a wedding coordinator for their big day to manage and take care of all the details.

- Complimentary consultation.

- Two personalized planning meetings.

- Helpful creation of a wedding day itinerary for ceremony and reception.

- Collection of layouts and seating arrangements.

- Coordination of rehearsal and itinerary for wedding party.

- Early arrival to ensure correct set up requirements.

- Meet and greet with vendors.

- Cue vendors and music.

- Lining up and cuing wedding party.

- Making sure the bride's dress and train are perfect when she is ready to walk down the aisle.

- Ensuring all finishing touches are complete.

- Ensuring proper placement of favors, place cards, etc.

- Answer guest questions and concerns.

- Assisting DJ or MC in guiding guests and staying on task.

- Taking care of and picking up after cake cutting.

- Handle the unexpected so you don't have to.
